If you make a lot of hard boiled eggs, you definitely want to try this method in the air fryer. No need to wait for any water to boil, just place the eggs in the air fryer basket, set the timer, and you’ll have perfectly cooked eggs—every time.
Once the eggs are cooked, place them in a bowl of cold water to cool them and stop the cooking process. They will peel so easily!

Pair the hard boiled eggs with my tasty dipping sauce made from Greek yogurt, herbs, and spices to make them even better.

Nutrition
Eggs are very nutritious. They contain protein, healthy fats, and many vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, iron, and folate.
Eggs also contain the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin, which are important for maintaining the health of your eyes as you age.
Choline, a nutrient that is important for brain development and function, is also found in eggs.
Ingredients
In addition to the eggs, you just need a few ingredients to make the dipping sauce for this air fryer hard boiled eggs recipe.

Eggs: This recipe calls for six large eggs, which is a good amount to fit in most air fryer baskets. If you want to make more, I suggest air frying in batches to avoid overcrowding––which could lead to uneven cooking.
Greek yogurt: The dipping sauce is made from Greek yogurt. I love using Greek yogurt as a base for dipping sauces because its tanginess pairs well with herbs and spices.
Plus, yogurt is a healthier alternative to sour cream. Be sure to use plain, low-fat yogurt for a heart-healthy option.
Dried herbs and spices: Smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, dill, and oregano are added to the Greek yogurt to make the dipping sauce. This combination of flavors offers a hint of smokiness from the paprika, and it’s packed with flavor.
Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes: A garnish of red pepper flakes adds a hint of heat, and fresh parsley adds a pop of freshness that elevates simple hard boiled eggs.
