This berry chocolate smoothie features just six ingredients and takes only five minutes to blend up for a healthy snack or grab-and-go breakfast.

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen sliced banana
  • ¾ cup 2% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • tbsp almond butter
  • tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients together.
  • Add additional water if a thinner texture is desired.
