Read on for the recipe, and you can also check out my recipe video of how to make this dairy-free pudding!

How to Make a Tasty Dairy-Free Pudding

I eat a lot of bananas. I always have a bunch at the ready in the kitchen, and I often grab one when I’m running out the door.

A banana is the perfect portable fruit, as it doesn’t get crushed as easily as some other options. I also love eating peanut butter, and so the two ingredients (we used powdered peanut butter, to be exact) came together to create the perfect dessert recipe.

To make this delicious chocolate pudding, we combined our favorite ingredients. And ta-dah, you get the most delicious vegan pudding, aka a dairy-free pudding.

The vegan coconut pudding takes just minutes to make, plus it’s sweetened with unsweetened cocoa powder and has no added sugar. The saturated fat content in the gluten-free chocolate pudding recipe is pretty low, as well. And it’s is a good source of filling protein, plus the bananas offer blood-pressure-helping potassium.

Lawrence and I really enjoy the healthy chocolate pudding alongside steamed milk. You can steam any type of milk or milk alternative, such as almond milk. I hope you enjoy this gluten-free chocolate pudding as much as we do!
