  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 ½ teaspoons
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ounce dark chocolate, grated and divided
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate arils, divided


  • Place pomegranate juice, avocado, cocoa powder, and maple syrup into blender jug. Close lid securely, and blend.
  • Remove blender lid, stir, and cover blender. Blend again.
  • Place mousse into bowls; top with grated dark chocolate and pomegranate arils.
  • Serve immediately.
